Our Process
1. Initial Consultation
The first step is deciding if we are good fit for each other.
We will discuss your project goals, including timeline, rough budget and the general vision for what you would like to accomplish.
Be prepared for questions, as we look to understand your lifestyle and how you envision to use the space.
2. Design & Construction Estimate
We meet with you several times to have an in depth conversation about your design preferences. From here, a design estimate will be provided to give you an idea of approximate cost to completion.
This can change as you make changes or upgrades along the way, but we ensure open communication to make sure everyone is on the same page.
3. Selection
We work hard to develop strong relationships with top suppliers in the area, providing quality materials at a price that works within your budget.
You can be as involved as much or as little as you like in deciding colors, materials, and design aspects of your new space.
4. Construction
We will take care of all the details of permits, scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and budgeting.
We work with our team and subtrades to ensure the quality meets your expectations. We like to communicate regularly, and keep you up to date on the status of your project.
